Zimbabwe payroll
Payroll that already knows the Zimbabwean rules.
FLUX Payroll runs the monthly, fortnightly or weekly payroll for a Zimbabwean employer and files what follows from it: PAYE on the Final Deduction System, the AIDS levy, NSSA POBS and APWCS, NEC dues, ZIMDEF and SDL. It keeps the leave ledger, sends payslips by WhatsApp or email, prepares the returns ZIMRA and NSSA ask for, and posts the journal to your books.
What an employer gets
One system from the salary ladder to the general ledger — no spreadsheet in the middle.
Run the payroll
Draft, calculate, approve, pay, post — each step signed by a different person where the rules say so. An approved run is frozen: a mistake is a void with a reason and a superseding run, never a quiet edit.
Pay the people
A bank file that pays the account frozen at calculate time, a cash sheet for the rest, and payslips out by WhatsApp or email the moment the run is approved.
Answer to the regulator
A returns board with the due dates already on it, the P2, TaRMS and NSSA exports, and the SDL quarter — plus the audit trail behind every figure.
Statutory coverage
The deductions and costs a Zimbabwean payroll has to get right, and what we do about each.
PAYE — Final Deduction System
All three ZIMRA methods (cumulative average, forecast, non-FDS), the annual table scaled to monthly, fortnightly or weekly periods, tax credits and the annual bonus exemption.
AIDS levy
Charged on every employee, computed from the period’s own tax at the rate currently in force (3%) — from the registry, like every other figure.
NSSA — POBS and APWCS
The pension contribution against the insurable-earnings ceiling, employee and employer halves, plus the accident-prevention premium as an employer cost.
NEC dues
Employee and employer rates on basic or gross, with the council’s cap, applied to non-management staff only.
ZIMDEF and SDL
Both carried as employer costs, and switchable per employer — whether SDL binds your trade, and whether it is remitted monthly or quarterly, is a question we settle with you at setup.
Leave
A ledger, not a guess: accrual on every approved run, requester never the approver, and one balance the profile, the run and the payslip all agree on.
Payslips
On demand as HTML or PDF, delivered by WhatsApp or email on a link bound to the employer that issued it.
Returns ZIMRA and NSSA actually want
The P2 return with its own filing deadline, the TaRMS sheet, the NSSA schedule, the SDL quarter — on a board that says what is due and what is overdue.
A journal to the books
Posting a run queues a signed, balanced journal for your ledger, with the GL accounts you nominate. Till Yi is supported today; other ledgers by arrangement.
No rate is hard-coded. Anywhere.
Every statutory figure — the PAYE bands, the AIDS levy, the NSSA ceiling, the tax credits, the bonus exemption, the filing deadlines — lives in one maintained registry, effective-dated and approved before it is used. When ZIMRA publishes a new table, it is entered once and every employer on the system picks it up on their next calculation. Nobody waits for a software release, and nobody edits a rate in a spreadsheet.
The other half of that promise: a run freezes the rules it used. A table published in November can never restate a payroll approved in July.

Each employer has their own address. Type your company name, its short name, or your own payroll domain, and we will take you there.
We do not publish a directory of companies. If this does not find you, ask your payroll administrator for the exact address.

A payroll database is opened deliberately, by us, after a conversation — not by a form on the internet. Tell us about your company and we will come back to you.

Not published yet — what a payroll costs depends on how many people are on it and what else you need us to file. Send the form above or email hello@fluxafrica.app and we will quote you properly.
